Paypal (Credit Card and Direct Payments)
We accept direct payments from your Paypal account and also credit card payments using your Visa or MasterCard (via the secure Paypal payment gateway). All our credit card transactions are processed by Paypal, and are guaranteed safe and secure. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to pay via credit card on Paypal.

Deposits can be made at any of the bank branches or cash/cheque deposit machines. Transfers can be made via their ATMs or via online banking. After completing the deposit or transfer, please scan the deposit or transaction slip together with your order number and email it to us at email@example.com for our acknowledgement. If you made an online transfer, please email us the transaction ID for confirmation.
Standard Chartered Online Billing
We are listed as a Standard Chartered Online Biller on the Standard Chartered Online Billing site. If you are an existing Standard Chartered Bank customer with access to online banking, you may choose to remit your payment for your order to us via the Standard Chartered Online Banking Site.

Checks by Post (Malaysia only)
Local checks can be sent by post to:

All checks should be crossed and made payable to Versanista Solutions. Please write your order number and phone number on the reverse side of the check for our acknowledgement. Kindly note that your order will be delivered only upon check clearance.
Please do not send cash by post.
Packaging & Delivery
All orders are packed in plastic wrap with an additional bubblewrap to ensure your created keepsake arrives in excellent condition.
All orders are then delivered via standard courier in standard courier packaging.
Delivery within Malaysia is absolutely free.
International orders are delivered by FedEx or by any other international delivery courier that we deem appropriate. Please drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide an estimated shipping cost.
Because each order is individually crafted and framed to perfection, we require 8-10 business days for the order to be shipped out, from the date the order has been acknowledged and payment received. For international orders, please allow for an additional 3-5 business days.
P.O. boxes and hotels
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to hotels. Please only provide us a residential or commercial address for delivery to ensure you receive your order safely, promptly and in good condition.
Import duty and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. Please note that we declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may choose to return it to us for a refund. There will however be a 25% handling & processing fee imposed on all refunds.
If you would like to request a refund, kindly contact us immediately at email@example.com for refund authorization and further instructions. We will refund your order upon receipt of the item you purchased. Refunds are only valid for a period of 7 days from receipt of delivery. The returned item must be in new condition, and in its original packaging.
Orders not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled by us.
Kindly contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to cancel your order. There will be a 25% cancellation fee imposed on cancellation requests for orders that have been paid and are being processed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once sent for delivery. You may however choose to pursue a Refund if so desired.
